libdevel-refcount-perl software package provides Perl module to obtain the reference count of a variable, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdevel-refcount-perl
libdevel-refcount-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdevel-refcount-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdevel-refcount-perl *
You will get with libdevel-refcount-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
